A relaxing and stress reducing class to help with flexibility, strength, balance, breathing, posture, blood pressure and lower back pain. Suitable for all levels.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

• Great for increasing awareness of your body and learning to balance and ground yourself

• Relaxing meditative atmosphere

• Knowledgeable instructor who can cater for any ability and work around injuries if necessary

• Stretching

• Strengthening and lengthening

• Improving co ordination and posture through increasing muscular awareness

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

• Water (We have fountains on site to refill bottles)

• A small towel (use to wipe down mats, and also yourself!)

• Comfortable gym wear

• Sports bra (if necessary!)

• Warm socks

• Inhaler if you are asthmatic
