Exercises focused around the problem areas - legs, bums and tummies
Use equipment and weights to burn fat and develop muscle
Sculpt your body to create the athletic shape you have always wanted
Water (We have fountains on site to refill bottles)
A small towel (use to wipe down mats, and also yourself!)
Comfortable gym wear
Sports bra (if necessary!)
