1. The promoter is Wildern Leisure Centre whose registered office is at Wildern School, Wildern Ln, Hedge End, Southampton SO30 4EJ
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Wildern Leisure Centre.
3. Between 4th November – 10th November, Wildern Leisure Centre (the promoter) will be running a prize draw to win a 12 month full Individual Membership for one adult for a period of twelve months.
4. Anybody aged 18 or over can enter for free by liking AND commenting on the competition social media post.
5. Winners will be announced on the 11th of November. Winners agree to their name being included in these announcements and other publicity materials in connection with the competition. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
7. The promoter will notify the winner when and how the prize can be redeemed. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
8. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
9. There is only 1 membership prize available and participants are entered into a pool across all our social media channels and one winner chosen from the combined pool.
10. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time or amend these terms and conditions.
The winner is entitled to a full Individual Membership for one adult for a period of 12 months. All entrants must be aged 18 or over. Prize must be redeemed by 30th November 2024. Membership is for twelve consecutive months. If you are an existing member, your direct debit will be placed on hold for twelve months. If you are an existing annual member, you will receive a twelve month extension onto your existing membership. You cannot freeze a complimentary membership. If you are not currently a member we will contact you to set up your complimentary membership(s). Centre rules must be adhered to at all times.
